- Sugar - 2/3 Cups
- Flour - 2 Cups
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Curd cheese - 1 glass
- Mak - 4 st. spoons
- Butter - 110 Grams
We rub on the finest grated zest of one lemon. In a bowl, lightly grind the sugar and the zest. In the same bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and poppy seeds. Stirring. In a separate container, whip 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, about 2 tablespoons. lemon juice and eggs. There also add the melted butter, lightly beat until homogeneous. Gently mix the dry and liquid mixture. Too long to knead is not necessary - just mix it evenly. Molds for muffins are greased with butter and 3/4 fill with the resulting test. On top of the dough, lay out the small balls of the remaining cottage cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Ready muffins cool first in the molds, then - on the grate. We serve.
