Cooking turkey fillet with vegetables and curry Today, curry seasoning is common and very beloved by many culinary specialists. And this is understandable on the one hand, the dish is given an oriental flavor and color, and on the other - this is a very interesting seasoning, which has a lot of useful properties! Curry is a seasoning, that is a mixture of several types of spices, the composition of which varies greatly and generally does not have an exact formula even in India. In our locality, the most commonly used curry is mild, since it still has a calmer taste and is easier to regulate. We offer a recipe for turkey with vegetables: onions, carrots, garlic and mushrooms, stewed in a sauce based on chicken broth and with the addition of curry seasoning. You will get something like a thick broth. If you want a less "wet" dish, add just less broth. I propose to serve turkey with boiled rice - lay 1-2 tablespoons of rice on the bottom of a deep plate, and top with meat and vegetables and thoroughly pour broth, as you can add fresh fennel if you want!
