Composition:
- meat (any type) - 150 g
- Average carrots - 6 pcs.
- medium potatoes - 6 pcs.
- pickled cucumbers (or salted) - 6 pcs.
- large onions - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 400 g
- peas - 1 pot
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs.

Prepare the dish like this:
- we boil carrots and potatoes, we cool, clean, cut in small cubes;
- meat (sausage, ham, boiled or smoked chicken / pork / beef), eggs and cucumbers are chopped in the same way as vegetables;

- brynza (or any other brine cheese) - 150 g

- garlic - 4 teeth
- mayonnaise, salt, spices - to taste
How to do:
- boil beets, cool, cut into small cubes;
- also grind cheese, eggs, onions and cucumbers;

Winter salad "Crab"

Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 200 g
- chinese cabbage - 500 g
- boiled eggs (hard-boiled) - 6 pcs.
- canned corn - 1 pot
- onions - 1 pc.
- Salt, spices, mayonnaise - to taste
How to cook:
- we chop the Peking cabbage, salt it and put it into our hands - it will become softer;
- add crab sticks, cut into cubes, corn, chopped onions and eggs;
