Lure - when and how to start right

Finally, my little grown up! The first nightmares with colic and sleepless, endless nights passed. And here - again the problem. We ought to start a child to feed, because the ubiquitous grandmothers vied with each other: "Teach your child to eat an adult - it will be too late! We have been here for you since three months already ... ", and the doctors are interested - have they started luring up? But how to understand, "it's time" or is it too early? Why is he at all - early lure? Maybe the child himself will ask for something other than milk - and this will be the "time"?

So, why is the lure for babies introduced? For four to five months, the mother's milk (even the most nutritious), especially its artificial counterparts, can no longer satisfy the increased requirements of the small in energy. Almost all the basic digestive enzymes ripen months, and four complete their formation of local intestinal immunity and fixed the mechanism of ingestion. That is, nature already makes me understand that the baby is able to eat quite adult food. But the notorious "does it need it"? Doctors assure - it is necessary for him!

When to start a supplement

Everything depends on the original form of feeding the baby. If a small fortunate was fed with breast milk, then it is possible to pull the lure up to six months. Although you need to monitor whether the milk is enough for a child, whether it is enough to eat. If a child, up to the next month, drinks more than 900 ml of milk per day, he does not have enough nutrition. He drinks a lot, trying to drown out hunger. Then attentive Mom obligatory should start lure before. If, however, a painter, such as mine, is an "artificer," then without options it is necessary to start lure directly from 4 months. No mixture will not provide the grown-up baby with all the necessary nutrients.

The baby after the art mixture should be offered new food more cautiously. Haste is not reasonable, and the consequences - the strongest allergy and dysbiosis for "artificial" is not uncommon. To begin to feed such children, it is necessary by drop. I would not really hasten to diversify the baby's menu - it's better to choose two or three names of new food and give several months only them. There are general conditions for starting complementary foods:

You can, of course, start luring before, but there must be some very good reasons. The body of Masika is not ready for such "feats". It is better to wait a little, and then boldly start lure without fear of consequences.

How to start right

Previously, they began to feed children from three months with juices diluted with water. Now the children's doctors agreed on the opinion that this is not true. Fruit (apple) juice after a milk or mixture is a very aggressive food. Also not the best option and fruit sauce for the very beginning of complementary feeding, as it is sweet. Yes, the child for a sweet soul will eat it, but then you will not "shove it" any more. Vegetable puree, porridge for babies - too. So they start to sweeten their mothers afterwards, in addition, so that the child, accustomed to fruit sticks, would eat everything. And this is another conversation already - about an awful diathesis, diarrhea and problematic teeth.

It is better to start feeding a baby with vegetable puree or with cereal. It is more expedient to introduce just a vegetable puree, rich in mineral salts and priceless vegetable fibers, so necessary for the child. If the baby is not gaining weight badly, regurgitates abundantly and his chair is unstable, then it is best for him to start eating milk porridge. Spoon spoons, little by little, tracking the child's reaction, bring the volume first to 5%, and then up to 10% of the total amount of food per day. First it is better to give kashubez gluten, which is difficult to digest a child unfamiliar with the lure. These are grains such as buckwheat and rice. Later you can start to give the oats and the manga.

Vegetablepurables must be introduced from each of the vegetables separately. Best of the smallest ones choose zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower. Only if the reaction is not, you can combine these vegetables. Of course, the ideal will be the self-prepared lure from vegetables grown on your patch. So you will be sure that the vegetables were not treated additionally with harmful "chemistry". If this is not possible, you can always use puree from the store. Taking vegetables in the market is not the best option. Those who grow them for good, too, do not differ in caring for their neighbor. Most likely, zucchini and cabbage will be generously flavored with fungicides, pesticides and other rubbish.

In 7 months the baby can be offered cottage cheese, diluted at first with a small amount of a mixture or the same breast milk. By 10 months, a day portion of cottage cheese is brought to 50 grams. Another is slowly giving yolk eggs, hard boiled. It is also mixed with breast milk or a mixture. Yolk give infrequently to children. It is better not to introduce meat to a small gourmand for up to 8 months, and then it can be given only as a semi-liquid meat puree. For the baby's organism, lean beef is more useful. For a year, a portion of meat stew is brought to 3.5 table. spoons (about 70 grams). Having fished as a puree with normal tolerance, you can enter from eight full months. Start better with a fish of "fat-free" varieties.

More recently, the children's doctors have recommended kefir and fresh cow milk as complementary foods. But now this position has been revised. All these useful dairy products are not too adapted for the child's organism and give a huge load on poor kidneys. A cow protein sometimes affects the baby's intestines pathologically. Instead, it is recommended to use adapted, that is, prepared dairy mixtures.
