Vegetable face masks

Every woman who cares how she looks, knows perfectly well about the benefits of vegetables to the body. But only maybe, not everyone knows that vegetables are used in the preparation of facial masks. Using masks from vegetables, you can get rid of freckles, age spots, make the skin clean, healthy, beautiful, smooth out small wrinkles. And all this thanks to the useful properties of vegetables, containing vitamins, trace elements, glucose. Vegetable face masks come in different types: cleansing, whitening, moisturizing, toning, drying, soothing. It is recommended to apply vegetable masks to the face 3-4 times a week.

In order for vegetable masks to function effectively, you must follow certain rules.

Masks for face from vegetables.

Cabbage.

Mask for aging skin. For its preparation finely chop two leaves of fresh cabbage, add one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of yeast, 50 g of apple juice and mix thoroughly. Apply the mask on the skin of the neck and face for 15 minutes, then remove it with a cotton pad, pre-moistened in cool water.

Mask for cleaning and nourishing dry skin of the face. The mask is very simple, enough of fresh cabbage leaves to cook a gruel. Put it on your face, soak for a quarter of an hour and then rinse with warm water. Use this mask three times a week.

Caring mask from sauerkraut with oily skin of the face. Take sauerkraut and make from it a mushy mass. Apply a mask on the face with a thick layer, cover with a napkin. After 15 minutes, remove the mask with a cotton swab and wash with warm water. Use this mask no more than once a week.

Moisturizing mask from cabbage. To make a mask, boil the carrot in milk, grate it on a grater. Squeeze 50 g of fresh cabbage juice, add one tablespoon of grated carrots and one teaspoon of honey, and mix well. Apply the mixture on the face for 5 minutes, then wash with warm boiled water.

Potatoes.

This mask of potatoes is used for the skin around the eyes , has a pull-up effect, perfectly tones up the skin. To cook it, take two medium-sized potatoes, peel, wash and grate on a fine grater. Spread two pieces of gauze on one tablespoon of the resulting gruel from potatoes and attach for 10 minutes to the lower eyelids. Then remove the mask and grease the skin around the eyes with olive oil. After 15 minutes, remove the remains of olive oil, soaked in cold tea leaves, with a cotton pad.

In the old days, the juice of the potato was bleached skin of the face - this is a very effective remedy: it must be rubbed into the skin at night or washed by it.

Moisturizing mask based on potatoes. Owners of dry skin are advised to apply this mask once a week for a month. Boil two medium-sized potatoes in milk and make mashed potatoes. Take one tablespoon of freshly prepared potato puree, mix with two tablespoons of some vegetable or fruit juice, you can replace the juice with milk. The resulting mask is applied to the face, soak for 10-15 minutes, then wash off the mask with warm water and at the end rinse your face with cool water.

Mask for oily skin. Rub one medium-sized potato on a small grater, add one tablespoon of milk powder, 50 g of beer, beaten egg whites, 1 tsp. lemon juice, a little salt. Blend the mixture on your face for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Mask for oily skin with constrictive effect. It is recommended for enlarged pores. For its preparation, take one tablespoon of potato flour, mix with boiled water to make a creamy mass. Then add a little hydrogen peroxide to the resulting mass. Immediately apply mass to the face for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool boiled water with lemon juice.

Cucumber.

Mask for dry skin. Take two medium-sized cucumbers, grate them on a fine grater, add the oatmeal until a mushy mixture is obtained. Cook the mask on the face for 20 minutes. After removing the mask with a moist cotton swab soaked in warm water.

Mask for sensitive skin. The same cucumber mask recipe is used as for dry skin, only with the addition of a small amount of sour cream.

Mask for oily skin. Fresh cucumber, grate on a fine grater, add whipped egg whites. Apply the same as the mask for dry skin.

Carrot.

Mask for dry skin of the face. To prepare a mask, you need 2 tbsp. l. squeezed out of carrots juice, one teaspoon of cream, one tablespoon of cottage cheese. Mix well all ingredients until smooth and apply on face, soak 15 minutes. Mask rinse with warm water. If you have a lot of skin flaking, it is recommended to leave the mask for 30 minutes.

Mask for combination and oily skin. To make a mask, take one tablespoon of carrot, pre-grated with a grater, add the beaten egg white to make a gruel, add a little flour. For 15 minutes, apply a mask, then rinse with cool water.

Mask for smoothing wrinkles. To make this mask, mix one tablespoon of grated carrot with one tablespoon of warm mashed potatoes and egg yolk. Prepared mass is applied to the face and soak for a quarter of an hour, then remove the mask and wash the face with warm water. This mask gives the skin of the face a fresh look.

Parsley.

Mask for oily skin from the green of parsley. For its preparation, take one tablespoon of crushed parsley (with the formation of juice) and mix with two tablespoons of yogurt, yogurt or curdled milk. The resulting mask is applied to the face and soaked for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. With this mask, you can get rid of the unpleasant greasy shine of the skin of the face, and also lighten it.

Mask for normal and dry skin. To make a mask, chop parsley finely, take it in the amount of one tablespoon, mix with one tablespoon of cottage cheese, add a little milk. Apply the mask to the skin for 10-15 minutes, then remove and rinse with warm water.
