Ingredients:- Tomato Kumato 500 g
- Fresh chili pepper 30 g
- Shallot onion 30 g
- Basil fresh violet 20 g
- Cilantro fresh 20 g
- Lime 1 pc.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Sea salt 10 g
- Pepper black with peas 10 g
- Step 1 Prepare ingredients-Wash and dry kumato, lime and greens, measure olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the cumatoes together with the seeds into small pieces. Chop a chili pepper, with or without seeds - depends on the desired acuity.
- Step 3 Finely chop the basil.
- Step 4 Finely chop the greens of shallots.
