Zhanna Friske's relatives want to expel Dmitry Shepelev from Russia

Two weeks ago the son of Dmitry Shepelev and Zhanna Friske was three years old. This day could be a day of reconciliation for the singer's close people, but neither side is going to step forward.

Vladimir Friske told reporters that Dmitry Shepelev did not allow any of the relatives of the late singer to see this day a little Platon. In turn, the TV presenter had previously stated that none of the Friske family had addressed him with a proposal to celebrate the birthday of the baby together.

The lawyer of the family Zhanna Friske reported on the possibility of criminal prosecution of Dmitry Shepelev

At the end of last year, the guardianship agencies recommended the TV presenter to allow his son to meet with his grandparents. However, according to the lawyer of the Friske family, Shepelev does not follow the recommendations. On behalf of the parents of the artist, lawyer Gennady Rashchevsky appealed to the court:
In the guardianship agencies there is no possibility to oblige Shepelev, but the court has it. Failure to comply with the court's decision will threaten him with criminal prosecution.

Rashchevsky also told journalists the latest news that Dmitry Shepelev plans to take Plato to Belarus. According to the lawyer, in May the temporary authorization for residence in Russia ends, according to the lawyer's information, and the human rights activist promises to do everything to prevent Shepelev from prolonging this permission and giving Russian citizenship.
