Ingredients
- Flour - 140 g
- Curd cheese - 130 g
- Cocoa - 25 g
- Baking Powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 110 g
- Vinegar 6% - 1/3 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Food coloring - optional
- For cream - curd cheese (Hochland / Almette), butter and powdered sugar - in arbitrary proportions
Cooking method
- Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl, mix until uniform
- In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, vinegar and soda, mix thoroughly and quickly - the cheese will acquire a porous texture
- In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar in a creamy mass for a few minutes, then insert the egg
- In the oil mixture gradually add flour and cheese in small portions, bring the dough to a homogeneous state
- Introduce a couple of drops of food coloring into the dough and beat again
- Thick dough to put in a bag, to set the billets on a prepared baking sheet and bake in an oven, heated to 175 degrees for about ten to fifteen minutes. Ready cookies should be a little wet inside
- Beat chilled cream cheese with softened butter and powdered sugar
- On cooled pieces to lay out the cream mousse and connect the halves. Let it stand for a couple of hours in the fridge, so that the woops are even softer
- Cookies can be stored in a container for several days - they will all be as tasty
