But in order for the exercises to bring maximum effectiveness already from the first training, you can "prepare" yourself for tai-bo, practicing step aerobics. For tai-bo classes, you will not need to buy any expensive gadgets. Of all the equipment you will need only a sports form made of light natural fabric (preferably a T-shirt and shorts) and good running shoes - "dychaschie", flexible, with a sole that does not slip. To continue to train at home, you can get a boxing pear by placing it in a spacious room, near the large mirror, slightly to the side, in order to be able to watch yourself from the side and correct your own mistakes.
