Ingredients. Garlic is cleaned and grinded in a mortar to the consistency of homogeneous mashed potatoes. Mix garlic puree, juice of half a lemon, yolks, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat the sauce with a whisk and gradually, with a thin trickle, add olive oil to it. The amount of oil depends on what kind of sauce you want to cook - thicker or more liquid. Ready aioli sauce before serving should be cooled (10 minutes in the refrigerator will be enough). Done!
