- Prunes - 1 Glass

Step-by-step recipe for compote from prunes: Step 1: Pour prunes into 3 glasses of cold water. Step2: Prunes are allowed to brew for 10 minutes, then we will pour the water into a saucepan and puncture each fruit with a toothpick. Step 3: Put the prunes in a saucepan, where the water is drained. We put on average fire for about 20 minutes. Step4: Add sugar, cinnamon and half a lemon to the prunes (without the skin!). We cook for about 20 minutes, stirring. Step 5: Remove from heat, cool. Done! Compote of prunes is quite tasty and interesting compote. The proportions indicated here are for 2-3 servings, so if you need to prepare more or less servings, adjust the amount of ingredients. Good luck!
