- Walnuts - 1/4 Cups
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan grated - 1/4 Cups
- Basil (leaves) - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- White dry wine - 100 Milliliters
- Spaghetti - 200 Grams
Walnuts are calcined in a dry frying pan for 1 minute. In the bowl of the blender we put the calcined nuts, dried tomatoes, Parmesan, basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. We grind at a fast speed of the blender until uniform. Grind to a consistency, as in the photo. We put the pan on the middle fire, add pesto. Warm up for 1-2 minutes. Pour the wine, evaporate. Add the cooked spaghetti until cooked. Stir, warm slightly. Once the spaghetti and pesto are "glued together", remove the frying pan from the fire. Bon Appetit! ;)
