Allergic reaction to all vegetables and fruits

Almost safe for allergy sufferers potatoes, turnips, cauliflower, zucchini - they are usually recommended for the first complementary foods. Rich in vitamins A and E, pumpkin and carrots sometimes cause an undesirable reaction, like other vegetables of red, orange and yellow shades. The same can be said about beets: it sometimes "blushes out" the cheeks of babies.

Allergic reaction to all vegetables and fruits is the topic of our today's article.

From the leafy greens the most useful are salad, dill, spinach and sorrel: they contain a lot of calcium, iron, folic acid, vitamins A, C and E, various carotenoids. These substances increase the protection of the skin from UV rays. Dill, moreover, is part of many remedies that soften infantile colic. There is fresh greens for nursing mom, you can and should, but like all other products, first it is introduced "on trial": the fact is that leafy vegetables can cause diarrhea in a baby.

Many children find it difficult to feed green onions, and in vain: there is more vitamin C in it than in sauerkraut and oranges, which is very favorable for immunity. In addition, it contains carotene, vitamin E, folic acid, a large amount of calcium. Using the season, eat young garlic with feathers: it contains a lot of iodine, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and especially potassium and phosphorus. Phytoncids of garlic kill microbes in the mouth for 1-2 minutes of chewing, which is why garlic is useful to use in its natural form - when heated, it loses all its useful properties.

That's only breastfeeding mothers with garlic and onions (as well as horseradish, radish and pepper) is better not to abuse. From vegetables and herbs, milk can acquire an unpleasant taste and smell - the child's appetite will worsen, up to the rejection of the breast.

Until the baby is 4-5 months old, the nursing mother should not include in the menu products that cause excessive gassing in the intestine and allergic reaction to all vegetables and fruits: fresh and sauerkraut, beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant, bananas.

Remember that even the most useful products can become harmful if you forget about the measure. Nursing mother should eat at least 600 and not more than 800 grams of vegetables in laziness, and different types - do not sit on some cucumbers. Offer the kid baked, steamed and boiled vegetables and fruits.

Fruits a day you need to eat at least 200-300g. Fiber, and pectin in their composition contribute to the normalization of digestion.

Raspberry - fresh or in the form of jam - a popular natural antipyretic. But if the child is allergic to this berry, you can also brew tea from her leaves with the same success.

Ironically, black berries - blueberries, blackberries and black currants - cause allergy with the same frequency as the red ones. But the red currant, despite its bright color, is hypoallergenic (for which it is loved by nursing mothers) and successfully copes with the manifestations of toxicosis during pregnancy.

Gooseberries are neglected many, but in vain: it is a storehouse of whales but, fiber, pectins, organic acids. In addition, it can be eaten even unripe (compotes from green are obtained better).

Many fruits, in addition to the immune, cause an undesirable response of an allergic reaction to all vegetables and fruits and from the intestine: constipation or, conversely, diarrhea, colic, flatulence. Among such predictable fruits include the stone seedlings (apricots, plums and peaches); "Fixing" pears; grapes, "responding" to fermentation in the intestines. In freshly squeezed juices, not only vitamins, but also pectin fibers, which improve peristalsis of the intestine, are many. A glass of fresh caloric content can replace a portion of food, for example, at noon. And the fruit acids contained in the drink in a concentrated form, can cause irritation of the intestines, belching and heartburn.

Children under three years of age should be given only packaged juices intended for baby food. They can also be fed by a nursing mother. If you want to give a child with tenderly squeezed juice, stop at the apple - and always dilute it with water in a 1: 1 ratio.

Berries

Berries "from the bush" do not have time to lose their useful properties on the way to the stomach. But no matter how much you want to feed the child from the heart, you should not give him more than a handful. And of course, not every berry will go to it for future use.

The most common berry allergens are strawberries, raspberries and black currants. It is better to replace strawberries with forest strawberries, which are tastier, richer with folic acid and bioflavonoids, and also enhances appetite (which is very useful if your baby is a little baby) and its juice was used as anthelmintic.
