- tomatoes - 4 pieces (peeled, finely chopped)
- medium bulb - 1/4 Pieces (very finely chopped)
- coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons (chopped)
Make two incisions at the bottom of the tomato. Scald them in hot water for 2 minutes. Peel off the peel. Squeeze tomatoes to get rid of excess moisture and seeds. Then finely chop. Stir all the ingredients. Salt and place in refrigerated poste restante.
