- Chicken breast - 1 piece (I had it ready)
- Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Kinza - 1 piece (bundle)
- Fresh Peking cabbage - 1 piece
- Cucumber - 2-3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Nuts - 100 Grams (any, better peanuts)
- Lime - 1/2 Pieces
- Sugar - 2 Art. spoons
- Wine vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1 st. a spoon
- Mint - 1 piece (bundle)
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. All the ingredients are cut and shredded as in the previous photo, and then in a convenient deep bowl, mix the chopped leaves of cilantro, mint, cabbage, cucumber, grated carrots on an average grater. Stir chop the prepared chicken (it can be boiled or fried). Add the chicken to the vegetable salad. Next, make a dressing for a salad. To do this, in a separate bowl we will mix the ingredients. To begin with, put sugar in the bowl. Then pour in the vinegar. Pour a little soy sauce and put finely chopped hot pepper. Squeeze out the juice of half the lime and mix it thoroughly until the sugar completely dissolves. In the salad we put grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, nuts. We dress the salad with sauce, mix, spread out on plates and serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
