- tomatoes - 10 pieces
- avocado - 4 pieces
- olive oil - 1 piece
- red onion - 1 piece
- lemon - 1/2 Pieces
- pesto sauce - 1 cup
- pine nuts - 1/2 cups
- Parmigiano Reggiano - 1 Piece
Preheat the grill. Cut tomatoes into slices and lay them on a baking tray. Cut the avocado into halves, sprinkle with olive oil. Fry the avocado on the grill (open fire) for 30-45 seconds. Put the avocado over the tomatoes. Once again, pour lavishly with olive oil. Mix in a bowl chopped red onions, juice from 1 lemon and olive oil. Put this mixture over the avocado. Pour the sauce over pesto. Sprinkle with pine nuts and grated cheese.
