To start, we'll mop the peppers, cut them into slices (as in the photo), remove seeds and cores. Slices are put in a bowl for baking and put for 40 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. In parallel, finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the parsley. Using a blender, crush our crumbs into walnuts. When the peppers are baked - put them into a separate dish, there also add chopped garlic and walnuts. Pour lemon juice and olive oil, then send to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Chilled peppers can be served to the table, sprinkling them with fresh parsley. You can decorate with whole walnuts. If you want a hot dish, warm it in the oven again.
