- whole roasted almonds - 1/2 cup
- soy sauce - 2 items. spoons
- green beans - 600 Grams
- sesame oil - 2 items. spoons
- rice vinegar - 3 Art. spoons
- cloves of garlic - 2 pieces
- fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped - 2 teaspoons
- fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional) - 1/2 cup
Lightly fry the almonds in a small saucepan for about 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir for 30 seconds. Put into a plate and cool. Cease the almonds. Prepare a large bowl of iced water. In a large saucepan with boiling salted water cook the beans a, from 8 to 10 minutes. After cooking, put the beans in a bowl of iced water. Drain the water. In a large bowl, mix sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger and the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Add the green beans and mix. Serve the salad immediately with fried almonds and fresh cilantro, if necessary.
