Frozen banana dessert Banana sorbetto is a frozen fruit dessert that contains a minimum of calories and has a refreshing taste. Thanks to the viscous structure of bananas and lemon acidity, the sorbetto taste has turned out harmonious and well balanced! Such a dessert can be prepared both in a freezer and in a usual container for freezing, I used a freezer, which greatly facilitated the process of preparing sorbetto.
Ingredients:- Bananas 450 g
- Sugar powder 150 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Step 1 To make a banana sorbetto, we need bananas, lemon and sugar powder.
- Step 2 We clean the bananas and cut the flesh into thin rings.
- Step 3 Put the banana rings in the blender bowl.
- Step 4 Pour the powdered sugar, freshly squeezed juice and zest of one lemon.
- Step 5 Whisk at high speed until smooth smooth mashed potatoes are obtained.
