Ingredients:

• Bananas 450 g
• Sugar powder 150 g
• Lemon 1 pc.

Instructions

• Step 1 To make a banana sorbetto, we need bananas, lemon and sugar powder.
• Step 2 We clean the bananas and cut the flesh into thin rings.
• Step 3 Put the banana rings in the blender bowl.
• Step 4 Pour the powdered sugar, freshly squeezed juice and zest of one lemon.
• Step 5 Whisk at high speed until smooth smooth mashed potatoes are obtained.
• Step 6 Turn on the ice cream and pour into it a banana puree.
• Step 7 After 20 minutes of work, the mixture acquires the necessary density. Turn off the ice cream maker, cover it with a lid and put it in the freezer until it freezes (preferably at night).
