1. Dissolve coffee in warm milk. Stir the spoon until the coffee completely dissolves. 2. Then add the melted margarine, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat with whisk until smooth. 3. In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a groove in the flour and pour in the coffee mixture. Mix well. 4. Add the chocolate chips and mix. 5. Pour the resulting dough into a muffin mold with 12 compartments, filling them with 2/3. Bake muffins in the oven at 190 degrees for 17-20 minutes. 6. In the meantime, prepare a coffee-cream cream in a bowl. In a small bowl, mix the instant coffee with a spoonful of boiling water and mix. Add it to the butter mixture and mix until smooth. 7. Let ready muffins cool down a bit, extract from the mold, decorate with cream and serve.
