Fast breakfast cookies
Perhaps, this is the fastest and easiest cookie I've ever made. In addition, only 3 ingredients were needed for its preparation - instant oatmeal, banana and as an additive, I preferred raisins, but it is not obligatory. Instead of raisins, you can add nuts, dried fruits or chocolate chips. As you already noticed, the recipe does not contain sugar, butter, etc., which automatically makes the cookies dietary. As for the taste, the cookies are not quite ordinary, similar to the taste with a dried banana. Fans of natural flavors and full breakfasts will taste this dish. Ingredients:- Oat flakes 1 tbsp.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Raisin light 20 g
- Step 1 For the preparation of cookies you need bananas, oat flakes and any additive of your choice (nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc.) - I took the raisins.
- Step 2 Oatmeal and chopped bananas put in a bowl.
- Step 3 With a fork, knead the bananas, mixing with oatmeal until a homogeneous adhesive consistency.
- Step 4 Add the raisins and stir.
- Step 5 Preheat the oven to 200 C, cover the baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the oat-fruit mixture onto the baking tray, forming round cookies.
- Step 6 Bake for about 10 minutes (or more depending on the oven).
- Step 7 Put on a plate, cool and serve with tea. The dish is ready.
