Banana donuts with peanut icing

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate 2 donut forms with non-stick oil coating. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Leave aside. 2. In a small bowl, beat up sugar, eggs, banana puree, vanilla extract and vegetable oil. 3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mix and mix. 4. Spoon the dough into prepared forms, filling each compartment with three quarters. Bake donuts to a golden color until the inserted toothpick leaves the dry, 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the counter. 5. Put the salted butter in a small frying pan and heat on high heat until completely dissolved, until the oil is well browned, about 4-5 minutes. 6. Peanut butter in a small bowl and place in a microwave until it melts (about 15-30 seconds). Add the butter to the peanut butter. 7. Slowly stir with sugar powder. If your glaze is too thick, add a tablespoon of hot water to the mixture. 8. Dip the bottom (smooth) edge of each donut into a peanut icing.
