- flour - 1 glass
- crackers in the Italian gas station - 2 Cups
- ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- eggs, beat up - 2 pieces
- water - 2 items. spoons
- chicken fillet - 24 pieces
- mayonnaise - 1 glass
- prepared horseradish - 3 Art. spoons
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
- finished mustard - 3 Art. spoons (and Worcestershire sauce)
In a shallow bowl, pour in the flour. Put the rusks in another shallow bowl and mix with ground black pepper and cayenne pepper. Connect the eggs and water in a small bowl. Each piece of chicken individually roll in flour, dip into eggs and roll in bread crumbs, put aside. Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C). In small batches, fry chicken 6 - 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove chicken from fire and dry on paper towels. In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well and serve with chicken.
