Squeeze juice from 2 oranges, use red oranges, if possible. Peel 4 pears, cut into halves and dip into a container with cold water containing 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This should prevent their darkening. Melt 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a saucepan over medium heat, pour 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add pears. Brush on both sides. Pour the orange juice in the same pan (no pears already) and leave until the orange syrup turns out. Put a couple of pears on a plate. Fill the center with the custard. Pour orange syrup from all sides and serve immediately.
