- Water 125 ml

- Step 1 For the preparation of the bass, we need a manga, coconut chips, sugar, flour, kefir, sunflower oil, water, egg, lemon, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

- Step 5 Pour the dough into the prepared form with a low layer. I have a shape of 22x22 cm. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Step 6 In the meantime, prepare the syrup. Mix the water and 1 cup sugar. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Step 7 At the end, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, lemon peel and optionally rose water (I have 1 teaspoon of pink jam).

- Step 9 Cut the hot pie into small rhombuses or squares. Pour the top and cut the syrup. Allow to cool.
