Preparing this dish is very easy and fast, I really liked it, I definitely will cook more.
Ingredients:- Round-grained rice 200 g
- Coconut milk 250 ml
- Water 250 ml
- Salt 0.3 g
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Sesame black 1 g
- Coconut chips 1 g
- Step 1 For the preparation of coconut rice we will need coconut milk, rice, water, salt, black pepper, black sesame and coconut chips for sprinkling.
- Step 2 We pour water and coconut milk into a small pan, saucepan or bucket with thick walls. We put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. Pour into the boiling liquid rice.
- Step 3 Add salt, a pinch of black ground pepper and cook on high heat, without covering the lid, 5 minutes after the water and coconut milk boils - all this time, intensively mix rice. Then we make a minimal fire, cover the rice with a lid and 8 minutes. Periodically stirring.
- Step 4 Remove rice from the plate, cover with a towel and let it sit for 15 minutes. After this time, the rice is mixed, put into portions, sprinkled with black sesame and coconut shavings, and served to the table!
