"Smile". Place your index fingers in the center point below the lower lip. Spread your fingers to the sides, leading them along the contour of the lower lip to the corners - as if drawing a conditional "smile" on your face. Repeat this motion up to ten times, and then go to the upper lip. "Candle". Relax your tense muscles and align your posture. Imagine a festive dessert with lighted candles. Draw in the lungs the maximum amount of air with a deep breath, pull out your lips with a tube and vigorously exhale through them the air - as if you were blowing out candles. Pause and repeat again - only about 10 - 12 approaches. Repeating the exercise regularly, you will return a correct contour and natural color to your lips.

"Kiss". Round off and pull out your lips, as if for a kiss. Put your index finger to your lips, as if you call for silence. Tighten the muscles of your mouth and stretch your lips more strongly, while pressing down with your finger. Fix for a second resistance and relax the muscles. Do a "kiss" 30 to 50 times, gradually reaching two hundred - and your lips will acquire a natural volume.
