Ingredients. Bread soaked in cream. We pass through the meat grinder beef, onion, garlic and bread soaked in cream. The resulting minced salt, pepper and mix well. The more you mix, the more tender the cutlets will be. Cheese rub on a large grater and add to the stuffing. We mix it well. We form cutlets (you can use your hands, but I use a cookie cutter for this - the cutlets are more smooth and beautiful). We drop each cutlet in breadcrumbs. In a frying pan heated oil, put the cutlets there. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Covered with a crust, but not yet brought to the ready, cutlets put in a roasting dish and put in an oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes. Ready cutlets are taken from the oven and served with a favorite side dish. Bon Appetit!
