Pepper washing, cleanse from membranes and seeds, and then cut into narrow brusochki - as in the photo. In the frying pan pour a little vegetable oil, add chopped peppers and string beans. On a fine grater we rub lime peel. When the vegetables are already softened (minutes 5), add to them lime peel, juice of a half of lime and paprika. Stir and continue to simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes until the softness of the vegetables. One minute before the end of cooking, add the chopped parsley to the vegetables. Remove from heat, lightly cool and serve. Hungarian garnish is ready!
