But even more money is spent on advertising smoking, as the tobacco business is one of the most profitable and stable. There is also hidden advertising. Its purpose is to raise doubts that smoking is dangerous for you. There are countless examples of people living up to a hundred years old and smoldering like locomotives. But every sensible person has a choice: to become a puppet, which relates one part of the money to a tobacco stall every day, and the other to a doctor who treats the consequences of a bad habit, or to retain the freedom to dispose of the funds at his own discretion and dispose of his health.
Everyone knows about the dangers of smoking, but does not take this information into account. Why? Just a person does not think about what cigarette will be the starting point of his life and cause irreversible changes. It's hard for him to believe that the usual action he does every day can lead to his death.
It's hard for a person to believe that the usual action that he habitually makes every day - just like hundreds of people around him - will one day cause his death. Only when they face a real danger, when they have suffered a stroke or myocardial infarction, then they quit smoking.

How to stop smoking?
Medicines taken from folk recipes are based on the development of a conditioned reflex (an aversion to tobacco) in humans.

Take 2 tablespoons chopped oat grains, pour a glass of boiling water, simmer 5 minutes, simmer for 1 hour. The filtered broth is taken before eating 1/3 cup 3 times a day for 3 or 4 weeks.

To reduce the need for smoking, we recommend that you rinse your mouth with a 1-2% aqueous solution of tannin.

To wean from smoking, we shall crush into small pieces (3-5 mm) a two-year branch of bird cherry and, before smoking, we will chew it and spit it out. The effect comes in 10-12 days. You can chew the cut rootstocks of ayr marsh, and then swallow it, before you have a desire to smoke. Positive results will occur after 1.5 or 2 weeks.

In the first three days of the former smoker should not eat meat, smoked products, pickles, spirits. It is better to drink "antinicotinic" tea, which consists of 1 teaspoon of tea leaves (better Ceylon or Indian or), which is brewed in 2 cups of boiling water. To strengthen the antinicotin effect, we add to the infusion - the juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of chopped raw beets. Mix the mixture and add a dessert spoonful of this infusion to a glass of tea.

For weaning from smoking, we use fish oil: 1 teaspoon of fat is spread on a bread slice. We take 1 or 2 times a day for a month.

Attraction to tobacco can be weakened with an aqueous solution of baking soda. Rinse the mouth with soda water (1 tablespoon per 1 cup of water) or take in 1/2 of water, in which we dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of soda. This method is not suitable for people with a low acidity of gastric juice.

Tips that will help you stop smoking once and for all:
1) We take into account each smoked cigarette; for this we record the time and the day when she was smoked;
2) Put aside the time in which you are accustomed to smoke a cigarette, first for 30 minutes, then for a longer period (one hour, two, three);
3) Change the habitual situation of smoking: instead of smoking a cigarette in a comfortable chair (on the couch), smoke in an uncomfortable environment, on the street, on the stairs;
4) Change the type of cigarettes every day, try to gradually move to less strong;
5) We will collect in an ashtray or a glass jar cigarette butts smoked for a day to see and establish themselves in their harmfulness to the body;
6) 2 or 3 times a day instead of smoking a cigarette, we just walk on fresh air, eat carrots or apples, use chewing gum;
7) On the eve of the final farewell to smoking, we remove the ashtray with cigarette butts, and before going to bed we will give a mental vow from tomorrow not to make a single puff of tobacco smoke.

The consequences of smoking include oncological diseases, diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems. A person who throws a cigarette should have as much as possible in the fresh air. During the period of withdrawal from smoking, you should avoid places where you smoke: restaurants, companies, cafes. 1) Let's chew a fresh or dry root of ara, it causes a vomiting reflex.
2) Rinse the mouth with a compound made from 1 part of a peppermint leaf and 2 parts of the root of ayr, mix and take 1 tablespoon of this mixture, fill it with a glass of boiling water and, before use, insist for 1 hour;
3) Pour for the night 1 tablespoon chopped oats, 2 glasses of warm boiled water. In the morning we will boil for 5 or 10 minutes, strain and drink like tea;
4) Brew 2 tablespoons of oat grains 1 cup of boiling water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, press for 1 hour, strain, drink a quarter cup 4 or 5 times a day for 3 or 4 weeks;
5) Mix 100 grams of millet grains, oats, rye and barley. We pour the mixture with a liter of water, bring it to a boil, boil for 10 minutes.
