Cupcakes with berries and white chocolate When, after a cold winter, little by little the sun begins to show itself, dreams carry us to summer. A lot of sun, heat, useful fruits and berries. But while the cold has not yet passed, it is possible to pamper yourself with the fresh aroma of berries, and even in tandem with white chocolate and a wonderful light test, which these keksiki differ. Preparing them in the summer, of course, we use fresh berries, but in winter a good berry mix will be a good solution, which will not have to be thawed before use. Of this number of ingredients, approximately 15 muffins are obtained. Let's get started!
Ingredients:- Lemon juice 2 tsp.
- Chocolate white 100 g
- Sugar 150g
- Salt 0.25 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 3 tsp.
- Flour, wheat 260 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined oil 125 ml
- Milk 250 ml
- Strawberries, frozen 100 g
- Currant black frozen 100 g
- Raspberry frozen 100 g
- Cherry frozen 100 g
- Step 1 For delicate cupcakes we will need: lemon juice, milk, vegetable oil, egg, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate and berries.
- Step 2 Mix all the "liquid" ingredients: 2 tsp. lemon juice, milk, vegetable oil and egg.
- Step 3 Finely chop the white chocolate.
- Step 4 Mix all the "dry" ingredients: flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, sugar and chopped chocolate.
- Step 5 Mix the liquid and dry mass.
- Step 6 Add the berries to the dough. If they are frozen, you do not need to defrost them first.
- Step 7 Put the dough in paper molds or on the baking tray for cakes, greasing it with oil. Silicone molds do not need to be lubricated.
- Step 8 Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
