Fairy-tale garden: a candy-flower bouquet with your own hands

A gift with your own hands is always a pleasure. Especially if it's not just a beautiful trinket, but an interesting and useful thing, like, for example, a bouquet of chocolates and flowers. This is a special florist - bright, poetic and also very tasty. It is ideal as a presentation for any occasion, be it a wedding or a birthday. And, most importantly, even after its edible stuffing is exhausted, the flower arrangement will take on the role of the original decor.

The main idea of ​​a gift candy-flower composition is the creation of a fabulous garden. For decoration, mainly natural materials are used. The process of creating a bouquet is technically simple, so everyone can realize the idea.

Materials needed:

• sheet of foam plastic with a thickness of at least 2 cm
• corrugated paper (green and chocolate colors)
• natural dry branches (vine)
• cinnamon sticks (high, more than 5 cm)
• artificial heads of roses
• candies
• gypsum statuette of an angel
• decorative spider web
• straw (dyed, green)
• decorative tapes
• tape tape
• glue gun
• scissors
• construction knife (for working with polystyrene)
• pliers (for cutting branches)

Step-by-step instruction:

1. With a construction knife we ​​cut out a round piece of foam. The diameter of the circle will determine the size of the future composition. In our master class, the diameter is 16 cm.
2. From the chocolate colored corrugated paper we prepare a pattern that will cover the bottom and the end of the base. On the green corrugated paper, we precisely circle the foam plastic circle. With this pattern we cover the bottom of the "glade". We glue the workpieces to the base.
3. We put several branches of the vine together. We twist them together, form a pen.
4. With a sharp knife from both sides of the base, we make small grooves for the handle. Preliminary applying hot glue, screw both ends of the handle into the foam base. We give a good "grasp" and dry out - on this depends the strength of the entire floral composition.
5. From sticks of cinnamon and dry branches we make a fence for the future garden. Sticks glue with hot glue, firmly pressing to the end of the base.
6. We proceed to the design of the flowerbed. On the outer perimeter on the drops of hot glue we fix the sweets. We apply glue only on the tails of the wrappers.

   On a note! For aesthetical presentation, it is important that the color scheme of the wrappers fit into the overall idea. In our case, the candies "Camomiles" in green wraps came very well.

7. We put the candy row with decorative straw. It does not require gluing.
8. The center of the garden is decorated with a miniature angel. We put the plaster figurine on a small platform. In the work, he performed a piece of polystyrene, pasted over the corrugated paper. We do this so that the angel can be seen among the flowers.
9. We surround the statue with a pink flower bed. Glue gun fix the heads of roses around the statuette.

   On a note! Instead of artificial flowers you can use and living plants. For example, large rose buds or half-dissolved peonies will perfectly suit.

10. We produce large leaves from green spider webs and straw. We cut out several blanks in the form of petals. Through the holes of the cobwebs we pass the pieces of straw, imitating veins.
11. We glue the second row of sweets, shifting them with petals and straw.
12. Of the thin decorative laces of green, pink and white flowers, the plait pigtail. We decorate the handle with a candy-flower composition. On the short branches of the handle using a tap-tape we fasten a few buds of roses.
13. Finally wrap the cinnamon cobwebs and glue an elegant bow of decorative ribbons. The original bouquet of sweets and flowers is ready!
