- red onions - 2-3 pieces
- red caviar - 100 Grams
- sour cream or cream - 100 Grams
- fresh fennel - - To taste
- ground black pepper - - To taste (coarse grind)
Peel the onions and cut into quarters. We divide the ray into large pieces (bases for snacks) and small ones (for decoration). For each large piece of onion, spread a spoonful of sour cream, on top of the bed a small piece of onion and fill the caviar. We decorate with dill and ground pepper.
