Ingredients:- Strawberry or raspberry 750 g
- red currant or cherry - 500 g
- whole milk 750 g
- sugar - 300 g
- nuts chopped - 80 g
Preparation:
Rice the berries and wipe through a sieve.
Milk boil with sugar, remove from heat and, stirring constantly, cool. Strain the milk through a sieve, mix with the mashed berries, pour into the ice cream and freeze.
When serving, place the ice cream in vases and sprinkle with nuts.
