In a closing plastic bag, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Pieces of chicken one by one put in a bag, close and shake. Add flour and / or cornstarch as needed, but add them in equal parts. Put the chicken on the dish and leave to lie down for a while. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat, do not forget to use enough oil to cover the chicken pieces. Fry the chicken in oil approximately 7 - 10 minutes or until cooked.
