Pork ribs are well washed, then salted and sprinkled with Chinese spices. We put in the oven and bake for 2 hours at 150 degrees. Now prepare the sauce. Mix in a saucepan soy sauce, grapefruit juice, ketchup, rice vinegar and sugar. Add garlic cloves and whole chili pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes before thickening. Pork ribs after 2 hours get out of the oven, water the resulting sauce and send it to the oven for another 20 minutes at the same temperature. Now we are garnishing. Carrots cut into small cubes. Broccoli is sorted into inflorescences. Put the carrots in a saucepan and pour two glasses of water. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the broccoli and cook for 2 more minutes. Then add the cooked rice, sprouts, salt and vegetable oil cooked until half cooked. Add 2 tablespoons of sauce, which we prepared for meat. Fry on a quick fire for about 5 minutes, stirring actively.
