Spicy cookies The cookies are excellent, crumbly, tender, bite off a piece - and it instantly melts in your mouth! Pretty! The cookie has a rich spicy aroma of cinnamon and anise, in the middle - sweet jam (you have a plum blossom to your taste), looks like snowballs, bombs, and you must sprinkle powdered sugar before serving!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 330 gr
- Butter 160 g
- Sugar powder 4 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Berry jam 100 g
- Cinnamon ground 0.5 tsp.
- Badyan (star anise) 3 stars
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To make "Anise Balls" cookies we need wheat flour, sugar powder, butter, baking powder, plum jam (or whatever you like), ground cinnamon and 3 anise stars, chicken egg, salt.

- Step 6 We knead a homogeneous soft malleable dough, form a ball from it.
- Step 7 Divide into 10 identical pieces, form the balls, put inside 1-1.5 tsp. jam, the edges are neatly closed, so that the jam is left inside and does not flow anywhere.
- Step 8 So, all 10 cookies are prepared.
- Step 9 We make a fork pattern on them, decorate with anise seeds.
- Step 10 Bake at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes. The cookie should become a beautiful golden color.
