1. Prepare cookies. Beat the butter with the powdered sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract, beat. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix together until a uniform consistency is obtained. Wrap the dough with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and lining the baking trays with silicone mats or parchment paper. Roll out the dough and cut out the rectangular pastry with a cutter. Collect the trimmings, roll out the dough and cut out the biscuits. Lay out the cookies on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes, in several batches if necessary. The cookie will remain the same size and shape after baking. 3. Remove the finished cookies from the oven and allow to cool completely on the grate. Melt both kinds of chocolate in different bowls in the microwave. Dip half of each cookie in white chocolate, and half in plain chocolate. 4. Immediately sprinkle one of the selected fillings both halves of the pastry. Carefully put on parchment paper and allow to cool before serving.
