Onions are cleaned and finely chopped, carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater. Fry the onion until golden, add grated carrots. Fry for 1 minute. We add about half a glass of water to the pan. Stew until the water is completely evaporated. When the water boils almost completely, add semolina to the pan. Stir and warm 2-3 minutes. Should be a carrot mass, in consistence resembling a thick porridge. Remove from heat, cool the mass. If desired, add spices. From the resulting mass, we form small cutlets, we pile them in semolina and fry them on both sides in oil until a crusty crust is formed. Bon Appetit!
