Cake with plum

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. In a large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, baking powder and salt. Using a mixer, whip butter and sugar. Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time, without stopping whipping. Add vanilla and lemon zest. Add 1/2 a mixture of flour, then sour cream. Add the remaining flour and mix well. Pour the dough into a prepared dish. In a bowl, mix the plums with 2 tablespoons of flour and lay them on top of the cake. Bake a cake for about 30 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
