- Black currant - 1 glass
- Butter - 50 Grams
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon
- Dried mint - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - - To taste
Prepare the black currant sauce in the following way: 1. Melt the butter in the frying pan. There we add water and sugar. Stir well and stew for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add the berries in the frying pan, stir, stew for about 5 minutes. Add the dried mint, pepper. 3. Using a blender, grind everything that we have left in the frying pan to homogeneity. Must get a thick sauce. It remains only to cool and serve black currant sauce to some meat dish. Bon Appetit :)
