  1. First of all, we prepare the chicken broth: pour the chicken parts with water, bring to a boil, when the foam appears - set the minimum heat, salt pepper, throw the laurel leaf and peeled whole onion, carrot, a couple of peas of black pepper. Cook over a small fire for about 40 minutes;
  2. Through this time, remove the chicken from the broth, throwing out the bones, but leaving the meat. Onions and carrots can be thrown away. Finely slice and throw into the liquid a few potatoes and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes;
  3. While the soup is brewed, fry the onions and carrots separately on vegetable oil, adding them to a pan with broth;
  4. Now add the dumplings. This is done as follows: take two teaspoons, one of which scoop up a third of the flour and 2/3 of the test, and the second a sharp movement, discard the test ball in the soup. Keep in mind that the dough will be saturated with liquid and will increase in volume, so do not overdo it with dropping into boiling water;
  5. Boil the liquid for another 5-6 minutes until the dumplings come up. This will mean that the soup is ready. Add more salt, pepper to taste, chicken and finely chopped dill. Close the lid, turn off the heat and let the dish run for 10-15 minutes.
