Blackcurrant jam is prepared as follows: 1. First, carefully sort the currant, remove the stalk and leaves. Rinse and let dry. 2. In a deep vessel with a pestle we knead the currant so that the juice flows out of it. 3. Add to the berries a glass of water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring actively. 4. Then add the sugar in the pan, stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for another 25 minutes until the desired consistency is formed. 5. Remove the jam from the fire and, letting it cool, pour on jars. For half an hour we put them upside down, then we send them to storage in a dry and cool place. Gem from black currant is ready! :)
