The ingredients we need. Rice thoroughly rinsed, and then soaked in cold water for 15-20 minutes. In the saucepan we warm up the vegetable oil. In the heated oil, we throw the spices, fry them for 10-15 seconds, after which we add a thin onion into the saucepan, chopped onions and grated carrots on a large grater. After about 5 minutes, add diced peppers to the frying pan, as well as a few spices. Stirring constantly, stir vegetables for about 10 minutes. Then add the frozen beans, corn (it is possible together with the liquid), several cloves of garlic (whole), and fry for a few more minutes. Now add to the vegetables washed rice (without liquid). Stir and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Next, pour all the contents of the stewpan with hot water - you need about 500 ml. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes with a weak boil. If desired, at this stage, you can add a little more spices. We evaporate the remaining liquid in the saucepan (if left), then immediately serve. I do not recommend cooking such a dish for future use - the rice instantly coalesces, so it is better to eat it right away. Bon Appetit!
