Chickpeas, like all beans, must first be soaked. So - put at night, well, or for 6-8 hours chickpeas in water at room temperature. Then drain the water, pour in a new one and cook the chickpeas for about 30 minutes. Recline the chickpeas, let the water drain. Seeds of cardamom and cumin are kneaded with a mortar or coffee grinder. Put the boiled chickpeas, onions, garlic and spices in the blender bowl. Grind to the formation of minced meat. Then add minced chopped fennel. With wet hands we form chickpeas cutlets. Spread on a greased baking tray, put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 15 minutes. If you love cutlets with a crust - before baking, sprinkle on each drop of olive oil. Serve with fresh herbs and vegetables. Bon Appetit! :)
