- flour - 3/4 Cups
- sugar-2 cups
- cocoa powder - 3/4 Cups
- baking soda - 1 st. a spoon
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 2 pieces
- strong brewed coffee - 1 piece
- buttermilk - 1 cup
- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- vanillin - 1 st. a spoon
1) Heat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and add flour. 2) In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In the center, make room. 3) Add egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil and vanillin to the resulting mixture. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Get the whipped dough. Pour into a greased baking dish. 4) Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit 30-40 minutes. Chill for 10 minutes. Then remove from the baking dish and then cool on the grate. Fill and cover with glaze to taste.
