Cake without baking This cake for mom can be cooked even by a schoolgirl. Simplicity of its preparation consists in that the cake does not need to be baked, besides, the whole process takes a minimum of time. To make it, you need to take the usual cookies (preferably creamy honey) and sand it with two delicious curd creams. It does not matter if there is no cocoa or raisins at hand. The cake will still be delicious.
Ingredients:- Biscuit shortbread cookies 500g
- Butter 175 g
- Curd 500g
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Dark raisins 50 g
- Oat flakes 70 g
- Milk 150 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the cake you need to take the finished cookies, milk, fatty cottage cheese, butter, cocoa powder, raisins, sugar and oat flakes "Hercules".
- Step 2 In a bowl, put 150 grams of soft butter, cottage cheese and sugar.
- Step 3 Blend the mixture thoroughly until smooth and divided into 2 equal parts.
- Step 4 Add cocoa powder to one portion.
- Step 5 The cream is well mixed.
- Step 6 In the second part of the curd mass, pour thoroughly washed and dried raisins.
- Step 7 Mix the curd mass until the raisins are evenly spread.
- Step 8 On the foil, lay out the pasta layer, first dipping each into milk.
- Step 9 On the biscuits evenly apply the curd mixture with cocoa.
- Step 10 Over the chocolate mass again put the pastry layer (dipped in milk).
- Step 11 On the cookies flatten the curd mass with raisins.
- Step 12 Cover the top of the cake with a layer of cookies soaked in milk.
- Step 13 Boca and top of the cake cover the curd with cocoa.
- Step 14 In a frying pan, heat 25 g of butter, pour oatmeal into it, sprinkle 1 tbsp. l. sugar and fry until browned. Flakes should be crumbly.
- Step 15 Boca and top of the cake abundantly sprinkled with oatmeal. Cake put for impregnation in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
