The recipe for Easter cakes on kefir: 1). Slightly warm kefir mix thoroughly with sugar, yeast and 6 tbsp. spoons of flour and put in a warm place for 15 minutes. 2). After 15 minutes, when the opara rises, add salt, sunflower oil and the remaining 8 glasses of flour. All mix and put in a warm place. 3).
