- crackers - 9-10 pieces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- butter - 4 items. spoons
- a bank of condensed milk with sugar - 1 piece
- lime juice - 3/4 Glass
- large egg yolk - 4 pieces
- salt - 1 pinch
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grind crackers and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a food processor, add butter. Mix until smooth. Put the mixture in a removable form for baking. Bake until light golden color for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the condensed milk, lime juice, egg yolks, the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and salt with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour the mixture over the cake cake. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve the cake, decorate with lime, if necessary.
