After all, good health allows you to earn well and make a career. Always be interested in what goals your child spends pocket money. To harmful sweets, beer, cigarettes? Or to buy a subscription to the pool, to the ice rink? After all, modern children always have money, and we give them, parents! Try to use them more purposefully, as a material incentive to health!

At the same time, our children should be well aware that a predilection for alcohol, smoking, drugs can lead them to clash with the law, to violate established social norms. For example, smoking in places where it is prohibited, entails an administrative penalty. Because a person is free to dispose of his own health. But if his behavior, actions will pose a threat to the health of other people, he must be punished. And these trivial truths from the early years need to be vaccinated in the family.

The scientific and technological revolution has led to a sharp decline in the physical exertion of man in all spheres of life. Young people no longer need to prepare themselves for work with high muscle loads. The requirements to the general educational, intellectual training of the younger generation have been raised. Long hatching at the school desk, at the university audience, at the computer and the robotics system negatively affects the metabolic processes in the human body. Occlusion of veins, stones in the ducts, muscle atrophy - common defects in human health in all countries of the world.

Therefore, in every possible way encourage your children to conduct active recreation, to study in circles and sections on interests. The stimulus of such associations is the elevation and enrichment of the individual. And such a person will not allow himself to take lightly of his health. Why do teachers and parents deeply care about the problems raised? There are two main reasons for this. After all, we are not indifferent to what physical and moral qualities our children will go to study or work after school. And our experience convinces us: there is a direct relationship between the formation of a healthy lifestyle of children and their life success.
